For years, I lived disconnected from myself in ways I didn't fully understand.
From the outside, my life looked successful. But underneath it all, I felt overwhelmed, emotionally disconnected, and unsure how to be with myself without reaching for something to numb what I was carrying.
What began as questioning my relationship with alcohol became something much bigger: a journey back to myself.
As I shared my story, women began sharing theirs. I realized so many of us weren't just struggling with alcohol—we were struggling with burnout, people-pleasing, loneliness, grief, pressure, and the feeling that we'd somehow lost ourselves.
That's why I created ReDefining Sober™.
It's the support I wish I'd had when I first realized something needed to change—a place that's compassionate instead of shaming, supportive instead of overwhelming, and flexible instead of rigid.
Whether you're questioning your drinking, actively making changes, or already alcohol-free, my hope is that this app helps you reconnect with yourself, strengthen self-trust, and build a life that feels honest, grounded, and fully your own.
