I'm Dr. Chris Raynor. I've spent my life on both sides of the rehab table—first as an athlete and fitness instructor, now as an orthopedic surgeon and rehab specialist. I know what it's like to deal with pain, setbacks, and the frustration of slow progress. Too many people get stuck with generic advice, confusing programs, or fear-based restrictions that hold them back. That's why I created the APEX active rehab framework: to cut through the noise and give people a clear, progressive path to real recovery.

This app is my way of putting that framework in your hands. It's built for real life—no fancy equipment, no miracle claims, just evidence-based steps you can actually follow at home. Every session is designed to help you move better, get stronger, and build confidence, without wasting time or risking setbacks. I keep it blunt, simple, and honest. If you need in-person care, I’ll tell you. If you’re safe to push, I’ll show you how. It's like having an orthopedic surgeon, a physiotherapist, and a trainer right in your back pocket 24 hrs a day.
