For over 20 years, I’ve worked with women navigating the confusing and often frustrating world of hormone changes.
Since beginning my clinical practice in 2004, I’ve had so many women come to me feeling dismissed or left without clear answers for symptoms like sleep disruption, mood swings, brain fog, hot flashes, low libido, and weight changes.
Over the years, I’ve specialized in women’s hormone health, HRT, thyroid, and adrenal health. I’ve seen firsthand how overwhelming perimenopause and menopause can feel when you’re searching for answers.
I earned my undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of Washington (1996) and my Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University (2004).
Through thousands of patient conversations, I realized that most hormone resources were either too generic or too simplistic, and rarely tailored to the individual woman.
That’s why I created Hormone Navigator.
I wanted to build a tool that brings the same depth of education and personalized guidance I offer in my clinic to women everywhere. Hormone Navigator not only tracks symptoms and health patterns, but also helps explain the physiological “why” behind what you may be feeling, so you can better understand your body and make informed decisions.
My hope is that Hormone Navigator becomes a trusted companion as you navigate perimenopause and menopause, helping you feel more informed, understood, and supported.

Only been 2 months since buying this book but already seen improvements. Can't believe what a bargain buying this book has been. I was feeling overwhelmed with all the different advice for peri menopause and this has given me the feeling of having my hand held. I was already taking progesterone cream and supplements to lower estrogen as I get estrogen dominance, but because my hormones fluctuate so much during the month it had become very confusing about which supplements to take and when. Since reading this I have added pregnenolone and have noticed a big reduction in some of my symptoms and have increased my dose following the guidelines in this book. Still have a lot to experiment with but I feel more confident and relaxed having a guidebook, as I can't get help from doctors because apparently I'm 'too young' at 42, even though my gran went through menopause younger than me! Thank you for writing this and look forward to the next one.

Only been 2 months since buying this book but already seen improvements. Can't believe what a bargain buying this book has been. I was feeling overwhelmed with all the different advice for peri menopause and this has given me the feeling of having my hand held. I was already taking progesterone cream and supplements to lower estrogen as I get estrogen dominance, but because my hormones fluctuate so much during the month it had become very confusing about which supplements to take and when. Since reading this I have added pregnenolone and have noticed a big reduction in some of my symptoms and have increased my dose following the guidelines in this book. Still have a lot to experiment with but I feel more confident and relaxed having a guidebook, as I can't get help from doctors because apparently I'm 'too young' at 42, even though my gran went through menopause younger than me! Thank you for writing this and look forward to the next one.
