In the earlier years of my life, I looked successful on the outside but felt stressed, stretched, and uncertain within. I struggled with self-doubt and the constant pressure to be someone I wasn't.

My journey led me to mindfulness and compassion practices under the guidance of a renowned Tibetan Buddhist teacher. Eventually I began applying what I learned not only to my own inner growth, but to helping others become authentic individuals and leaders. I learned that true confidence isn't something you have to create — it's something you uncover beneath all the noise and tension.

Over the past two decades, I've had the privilege of helping more than 25,000 people reconnect with their genuine selves. Through workshops, coaching, and teaching, I've seen how powerful it is when someone lets go of old patterns and discovers the steady joy that's always been within them. These same practices gave me the confidence to write my book, Happier at Work!
