My journey started at the US Naval Academy, where I learned the value of discipline, grit, and relentless preparation. As a state champion wrestler, I pushed my limits early on, but nothing compared to the crucible of becoming a Navy SEAL. The lessons I learned in the Teams—about mental toughness, attention to detail, and never quitting—shaped every part of my life.

After my time as a Surface Warfare Officer and earning my MBA from Michigan, I dedicated myself to helping others achieve what most think is impossible. I’ve coached hundreds of candidates through the toughest military selections in the world, and I know firsthand what it takes to not just show up, but to graduate.

I built this app because I saw too many motivated people fail—not for lack of heart, but for lack of the right preparation. Everything in this app is battle-tested, from the training cycles to the nutrition and recovery protocols. I’ve poured in every lesson, every hard-won tip, and every mistake I made so you don’t have to repeat them.

Just wanted to let you know I got 3.18 miles on a speed tree. When I first did it I got about 2.6. My 4 mile timed run on New Year's Eve last year was 27:20 my best 3 mile all out was 19:55.

Im progressing doing 40 miles a week is easy!
