My journey into the world of women’s spiritual experiences began in 2009, when I felt called to share the transformative power of these stories. As the author of the bestselling book 'Spirit Sisters'—and its sequels, 'Where Spirits Dwell' and 'Love Never Dies'—I’ve spent years unearthing and celebrating the breadth of women’s spiritual lives. These books also chronicle my own unfolding spiritual path—from a childhood fascination with the unseen that connected me to my South American heritage, to my understanding that learning about the afterlife leads to a more fulfilling 'nowlife'.
Hosting the Spirit Sisters podcast, which has reached nearly half a million downloads, has allowed me to connect with people from all walks of life who share their mystical and transformative experiences. Through these conversations, I’ve witnessed how spiritual inquiry and creative expression can help us fall back in love with our lives, especially in midlife—a time I now see as a threshold to renewal.
My own life has been shaped by change and challenge, including my recent divorce after a 27-year marriage. Through it all, writing, storytelling, and spiritual practice have been my anchors. I’ve journaled my way to healing, launched a correspondence with the Divine, and reignited my creative fire. My workshop, 'Heal With Your Pen,' was born from this journey, helping others meet themselves more deeply through writing.
With a background in senior magazine journalism, I bring heart and integrity to everything I create. I know that sharing our stories is medicine, and my hope is that this app will help you reconnect with your own magic, creativity, and spiritual essence —just as I have.
