For most of my career, I found myself constantly distracted—my phone buzzing, endless notifications, and the lure of social media always just a tap away. As a professional, I knew technology was supposed to make me more productive, but instead, I felt scattered, exhausted, and disconnected from what truly mattered. My own struggles with digital overwhelm led me to research, experiment, and eventually develop the RESET Framework—a practical system for transforming our relationship with technology.

I started by experimenting it on myself and during that phase I lost 17kgs, productivity went up by 20% and improved the quality of my relationships in a matter of months.

I followed it up by running small workshops for friends and colleagues, guiding them through simple experiments to reduce screen time and rediscover focus. The results were transformative: people reported better sleep, deeper work, and more meaningful connections. Encouraged by their feedback, I realized this approach could help many more people who felt trapped by their devices but didn’t want to give up technology altogether.
