For as long as I can remember, I've been driven by big goals; side
projects, career milestones, personal growth. But for years, I found
myself stuck in a cycle of overcommitting, procrastinating, and feeling
like I was always falling short. As a full-time medical doctor,
productivity coach, and YouTuber with 195K+ subscribers, I know
firsthand how hard it is to bridge the gap between ambition and daily
action—even when you know all the theory.

The turning point came when I realized most productivity advice was
too generic or too soft. Nobody was calling out the real misalignments
between my actions and my ambitions. I started building brutally honest
systems for myself: tracking every hour, confronting distractions
head-on, and ruthlessly prioritizing what truly mattered. The results
were transformative. I made more progress on my side projects, improved
my health, and finally felt in control of my time.
