You’ll need a pair of Air Jordan 1s in your size. They can be high-tops or low-tops. The Shoe Surgeon will show you how to take them apart and use the soles, insoles, and laces for your new, original pair.
Designing and constructing a pair of shoes is an intensive process, so you’ll also need some specialized tools (like a sewing machine, seam ripper, X-Acto knife, and glue brush) and custom materials (like leather, thread, and a lasting board). Once you enroll, we’ll provide you with a full list of tools and materials, including all of The Shoe Surgeon’s recommendations.
We’ll also let you know where you can buy what you’ll need, and we’ll provide a bundle where you can purchase the harder-to-find custom materials all from the same place.
Materials will cost $300-$600 depending on your preferences.
