For over two decades, I’ve dedicated my life to helping people improve their energy, sleep, and stress resilience—without sacrificing their health or burning out. My journey began with a deep curiosity about how the body and mind work together, and it quickly became clear that most people were missing the mark when it came to sustainable performance and recovery.

Since 2005, I’ve coached thousands of sessions, both one-on-one and with large online audiences. Through this experience, I’ve seen firsthand the common pitfalls that hold people back—chronic stress, poor sleep, and energy crashes that sabotage even the most driven individuals. I became a Master Instructor with the Oxygen Advantage and a Z-Health Certified Neuro Trainer so I could offer science-backed, field-tested protocols that actually work in the real world.

What sets my approach apart is a focus on functional, performance-based breathing and nervous system training. Most breathing apps teach relaxation, but I know that true resilience means being able to access calm, focus, and steadiness even in high-pressure situations—whether that’s a big meeting, a tough workout, or a challenging day at work.
