As I learned to listen to my body and honor its limits, I began experimenting with simple, natural remedies—spices, teas, and gentle rituals that didn’t overwhelm my nervous system. I shared these discoveries on my YouTube channel, Trina's Humble Homestead, and was amazed by the outpouring of gratitude from others who felt seen and supported for the first time. Over time, I became a trauma-informed wellness coach, focusing on practical, faith-centered approaches that meet people exactly where they are.
