Running and fitness has been a core part of my life and given me purpose for as long as I can remember. I first completed my personal training qualification and started coaching in high school, because I wanted to help others find confidence and happiness in the gym and on the track, the same way I did.

Initially, I got into running as a mental release, however as I worked harder, I fell in love with how rewarding competing can be. In 2018, I packed up my bags and headed overseas to the University of Florida to study and compete for their athletics team on a scholarship. During this time I worked hard, learnt lots, and earnt myself my first professional sports contract.

After years of competing from beginner to professional level, I've learnt the importance of injury prevention early on as well as strength and conditioning to support running. I've realized that there is a huge gap between the track and gym, and strength work often gets neglected or overlooked. Runners need a plan that addresses the specific muscles, movement patterns, and injury risks of their sport.

I wanted to create this app so that runners all over the world can feel confident walking into a gym, knowing exactly what they need to do and why. Whether you are new to running or aiming to compete at a high level, the app is tailored to adapt to your needs and progress along the way.

My hope is that this app empowers you to train confidently and intelligently, reach your goals, and support your dreams.
