Hey, I’m Cooper Anderson. I’m a Diamond-certified producer & engineer. I’ve engineered on Kanye West’s Gold Digger, fun.’s We Are Young, and a number of songs for John Legend, Rick Ross, Ariana Grande, Justin Bieber, and many others. I started recording at the dawn of the digital age on an Alesis LX20 ADAT machine. Everything I know about electronic music production started with listening to Dr. Dre and Ice-T as a kid. My experience combining the exploding world of digital recording with a love of sample-based music led to a career as a first-call engineer with some of the top producers and artists in the music industry. I graduated with honors from the Berklee College of Music with a degree in Music Production and Engineering. Since then, I’ve been deeply active in the NYC recording scene, including work on the top-secret Once Upon a Time in Shaolin by Wu Tang Clan. I actively produce and mix for EDM, Pop and Country artists, as well as my own line of loops and sample packs. I primarily work out of my project studio in Hoboken, NJ, just across the river from Manhattan.
